My Approach
Strategy-first.
I dig until I find an honest, human insight that connects a brand to its audience in a way only it can. It’s the foundation everything else builds on (and, let’s be honest, it’s pure gold when it comes to positioning and selling work).
Organization queen.
Detail-oriented to my core, I make sure every client box is checked and no pixel is out of place. I thrive on structure that empowers creativity — managing teams, collaborating across departments, and keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff to delivery. My goal: happy clients, strong work, and zero loose ends.
Production-ready.
I know my way around a shoot — from scrappy one-day productions to all-out, call-time-at-dawn campaigns. I love being on set, swapping ideas with outside partners, and watching concepts come to life.
